THE ROLE Senior Site Merchandiser We are seeking a Senior Site Merchandiser to join our growing team. The Senior Site Merchandiser will play a critical role in executing and optimizing our regional on-site customer journey, ensuring that content and local merchandising strategies align with brand goals and drive customer engagement and conversion. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day content updates, homepage refreshes, and collection landing page (CLP) curation through our CMS platform (Contentful) across 6 environments - web, mobile and app in both French and English. Success in this role means delivering an inspiring and seamless customer experience, interpreting site performance metrics to inform changes, and maximizing the effectiveness of our site merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and data-driven executor with a passion for digital retail, an understanding of site functionalities, and a keen eye for both creative and analytical problem-solving.
