About the role As a Change Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Change Manager to ensure change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You’ll focus on the people side of change across business processes, systems and technology—creating and implementing change strategies and plans that maximise adoption, minimise resistance, and drive proficiency and benefit realisation.
