About the role Senior Manager, Annual Review is a senior, client‑facing leadership role responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of annual member statements, ensuring all publications are delivered accurately, on time and in line with legislative requirements and fund‑specific rules. Reporting to the Head of Business Enablement, you will lead teams responsible for statement publication, provide senior‑level governance oversight, and act as a key escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders. This role combines people leadership, operational excellence and communications expertise, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement at scale.
