The Manager Human Resources works within a team of HR Managers to deliver a high-quality human resources service to support the ACMA and eSafety workforce. We work together to build the culture and capability of our agency’s people. We are a supportive team and engage each other to help solve complex problems and support the effective operation of the branch.
We are offering a challenging role where you will have the opportunity to make a real contribution to the work of the agency and have autonomy in how you deliver HR services to meet the needs of our agency.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced human resources leader who has:

• Significant experience leading human resources teams to deliver a range of HR functions and services.
• Excellent working knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks that apply to effective workforce management and ability to apply this knowledge to provide high quality advice.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and respect within their team and with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience and willingness to work flexibly, solve problems and drive innovation across a range of HR functions.
• High level integrity and a commitment to the APS and ACMA values including a commitment to promoting physical and psychological safety.
• A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline is highly desirable
