OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in property management or real estate. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and administrative processes related to property management is preferred.
