REPT BATTERO Energy Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 and is the first enterprise of the Fortune 500 company Tsingshan Industry in the field of new energy. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of lithium-ion batteries, providing solutions for new energy vehicle power and smart energy storage, and working with customers to accelerate the global green energy transformation.The company has R&D centers in Shanghai, Wenzhou and Jiaxing, and production bases in Wenzhou, Jiaxing, Liuzhou, Foshan, Chongqing and Indonesia. By the end of 2024, the total production capacity will be 79GWh, and it is expected that the production capacity will reach 90GWh+ in 2025.In 2024, REPT BATTERO's energy storage battery cell shipments rank fifth in the world, its household storage energy storage battery shipments rank second in the world, its lithium iron phosphate power battery cell shipments rank sixth in China, and its new energy heavy-duty truck model installation volume rank third.

Position SummaryThe Admin & Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our Japan operations by managing administrative functions, coordinating with third party on import customs clearance, and overseeing domestic logistics for battery energy storage projects across Japan.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative and office operations for the Japan business.
  • Take full ownership of customs clearance activities for products imported into Japan.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and internal teams to ensure timely import clearance.
  • Support delivery team on transportation of products from Japanese ports to customer project sites throughout Japan.
  • Coordinate logistics schedules with suppliers, contractors, customers, and project teams.
  • Maintain accurate logistics, customs, and shipping documentation.
  • Support cross-functional communication between the Japan office and global headquarters.
  • Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.


  • QualificationsNative Japanese speaker.
  • Fluency in Chinese (required).
  • English proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, import/export, customs clearance, supply chain, or operations a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese customs procedures and domestic transportation a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in the renewable energy, battery, automotive, or industrial equipment industries.
  • Experience working in an international or multinational company.
  • Familiarity with international shipping documentation and Incoterms.

  • PreferredEnglish proficiency (business level or above)
